Abstract: The integration of art into personal and professional life is recognized as a crucial avenue for&#xD;
interpersonal and personal development, as well as for innovation and leadership. Art Thinking,&#xD;
by offering creative strategies from the arts to solve business challenges, is emerging as a&#xD;
promising way to boost creativity and problem-solving in organizations. However, despite its&#xD;
potential, there are still gaps in our understanding of the main concepts and applications of Art&#xD;
Thinking. This research aims to investigate Art Thinking as a way of constructing meaning,&#xD;
exploring the main concepts and applications in personal and professional development in&#xD;
organizations. The study is qualitative, descriptive and cross-sectional, with data collection&#xD;
procedures using a questionnaire and a structured interview, recorded and transcribed, with&#xD;
thirteen entrepreneurs and leaders who incorporate art into their activities. According to the&#xD;
interviewees, art has the potential to positively impact various aspects of the business world.&#xD;
Integrating Art Thinking into business strategy can provide tangible and intangible benefits,&#xD;
contributing to the success and sustainability of organizations. Art Thinking has great potential&#xD;
to drive innovation, personal development and organizational culture in companies, although&#xD;
there are challenges and different perceptions about its applicability that must be considered.&#xD;
The continuous change of perspective, openness to experience and improvisation are&#xD;
highlighted as the main skills inherent in this professional profile. The artistic process, in this&#xD;
context, emerges as a fundamental element in promoting innovation and adaptation in a world&#xD;
in constant transformation.

    <summary type="text">Título: O uso de inteligência artificial potencializando a resolução de problemas em uma estrutura de Design Thinking
Abstract: Design Thinking (DT) stands out as an effective methodology for solving complex problems and generating innovative ideas. However, its application can present challenges related to the required time and resources. Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), with its ability to process large volumes of data and generate relevant discoveries, emerges as a potential catalyst for optimizing DT sessions. Despite growing interest, the academic literature still lacks empirical studies investigating the practical application and actual user perception of this synergy, a gap this research aims to fill. This study is based on the hypothesis that generative AI can act as a catalyst in the DT process, optimizing its five stages—Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test—by providing relevant information and expanding the possibilities for analysis. Specifically, this research sought to evaluate whether the integration of AI can: i) stimulate creativity and the diversity of ideas; ii) improve team efficiency and productivity; and iii) enhance the quality and degree of innovation of the final solutions. To test this hypothesis, a mixed-method research approach was conducted, involving practical DT sessions with 101 participants. The sample was divided into four distinct experimental conditions to allow for a comparative analysis: a control group without AI (CG), an experimental group with AI (EG), individuals without AI (IC), and individuals with AI (IE). At the end of each stage, quantitative and qualitative data were collected through evaluation forms on the perception of the activity. The data analysis reveals a fundamental duality, in which the efficiency hypothesis was largely corroborated, with AI being universally perceived as a potent process accelerator. However, the results for creativity and quality are more complex, with qualitative data showing that the tool's effectiveness is critically mediated by the user's interaction skills, highlighting tensions between the agility provided by AI and challenges such as the superficiality of responses, the occurrence of "hallucinations," and the risk of dependency that can inhibit critical thinking. The research validates the potential of AI as a "creative co-pilot," whose contribution is maximized by human curation. As a result, a new DT framework with AI is proposed, which serves as a practical guide to optimize Human-AI collaboration, ensuring that empathy and strategic discernment remain at the core of the innovation process.

Abstract: This interdisciplinary study aimed to analyze best practices for the secure handling of&#xD;
Information Technology (IT) assets containing data storage devices, seeking to answer the&#xD;
question of which practices can be adopted to ensure the safe disposal of assets containing&#xD;
personal data, in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD), the National Solid&#xD;
Waste Policy (PNRS), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 27000&#xD;
family of standards, promoting both information security and environmental sustainability. The&#xD;
research consisted of a review of the scientific literature, covering publications in the databases&#xD;
of the CAPES Journal Portal, Google Scholar, and my library, focusing on recent studies that&#xD;
identify best practices for data disposal and sanitization in electronic equipment. The adopted&#xD;
methodology was descriptive, with a bibliographic and documentary review of applicable&#xD;
legislation and standards, as well as an analysis of data sanitization and disposal procedures for&#xD;
data-storing equipment. The bibliographic studies were compared with the guidelines&#xD;
established by the LGPD, the PNRS, and the collected data were qualitatively analyzed through&#xD;
documentary analysis, enabling an in-depth interpretation and the formulation of&#xD;
recommendations to improve disposal practices for these assets. As a result, a Best Practices&#xD;
Manual was developed as a guiding document aimed at enhancing the security of IT asset&#xD;
disposal and promoting sustainability. The study highlights the interconnection between&#xD;
information security and waste management, offering an integrated perspective on legal&#xD;
compliance and best practices for the proper handling of these assets.

Abstract: Recent technological advancements have enabled the use of devices such as Virtual Reality (VR) headsets, which allow immersion in three-dimensional environments capable of safely simulating real-world situations. VR has become prominent in the educational context for facilitating the visualization of complex processes and allowing users to interact with equipment and procedures without exposure to risks. This study aimed to develop a VR-based chemical laboratory for teaching, integrating three-dimensional modeling, interactivity, and simulation of laboratory practices. The research also involved adapting a virtual food processing line, originally created at the University of California, Davis, to the Brazilian educational context. The effectiveness of the environment was evaluated through questionnaires administered to UFTM students. The results demonstrated high acceptance of the technology: 100% of participants stated that VR improves comprehension, remote teaching, and in-person learning, while more than 80% indicated greater interest in seeking additional training when virtual modules are available. Qualitative reports highlighted increased motivation, greater conceptual clarity, and increased engagement, despite minor discomforts reported by some users. It concludes that VR is an effective tool to complement traditional teaching, offering pedagogical, logistical, and safety benefits. The results reinforce its potential to broaden the understanding of technical content and provide practical experiences that are not feasible in real-world environments.
