Abstract: In Paths of Psychoanalytic Therapy (1919), Freud pointed to the need for an opening of&#xD;
psychoanalysis to clinical expansions. Since then, numerous discussions have emerged, and&#xD;
what can be observed today is that mental health professionals continue to work in private&#xD;
practice but have also expanded their work to a variety of other contexts – reflections of the&#xD;
living dimension of the psychoanalytic clinic. Thus, considerations regarding the concepts of&#xD;
the therapeutic setting and its applicability to different circumstances remain highly relevant.&#xD;
The setting can be understood as a set of conditions that enable the development of a&#xD;
therapeutic process, allowing for the investigation and transformation of psychic phenomena&#xD;
within a given context. It encompasses both external aspects (such as space, fees, and time)&#xD;
and internal aspects, which concern the mental states that unfold during clinical processes.&#xD;
Considering that such understandings permeate formative processes and professional&#xD;
identification and that, at times, professionals are “removed” from their usual places of&#xD;
practice; studies on the setting demand ongoing attention. In this sense, the present&#xD;
dissertation aimed to investigate the understandings and experiences of the setting from the&#xD;
perspectives of those involved in psychotherapeutic practices. To that end, two studies were&#xD;
conducted. Study 1 investigated how psychotherapists of psychoanalytic orientation&#xD;
understand and experience the concept of setting in contexts that go beyond the standard&#xD;
clinical framework. It was based on interviews with nine psychologists working in diverse&#xD;
clinical settings, analyzed through the clinical-qualitative content analysis method.&#xD;
Participants reported a transition from rigid and idealized views to more flexible&#xD;
understandings that value the setting as an internal attitude of the analyst. They highlighted&#xD;
the importance of ethical stance, listening, and psychic presence as pillars of the therapeutic&#xD;
process. In adapting their work to institutional and virtual environments, professionals faced&#xD;
challenges such as lack of privacy, external interferences, and coordination with teams;&#xD;
management strategies, including agreements with patients and colleagues, as well as the symbolic creation of spaces for listening, proved fundamental to preserving the&#xD;
psychoanalytic function of the setting. The setting was thus observed as a living and&#xD;
relational device that requires constant reinvention in the face of contemporary realities,&#xD;
whose maintenance implies an ethical and symbolic construction that enables the continuity&#xD;
of clinical work in different contexts. Study 2 investigated the effects of an operative group&#xD;
conducted in a remote setting during the pandemic context. As an expanding field of practice,&#xD;
research on online groups is still incipient and requires further consideration; moreover,&#xD;
follow-up studies have proven to be relevant tools for investigating the effectiveness of such&#xD;
practices. Three years after the first intervention, the (re)composition of an operative group&#xD;
was used as a data collection method; six undergraduate psychology students agreed to&#xD;
participate in three new synchronous sessions. Despite challenges related to attendance and&#xD;
adherence, the group served as a space for reconnection and reflection on the previous&#xD;
experience and allowed new demands to emerge, related to the participants’ current contexts.&#xD;
It was concluded that the nostalgia and trust in resuming the remote group setting reinforce&#xD;
the relevance of such devices as tools for emotional support and bond formation. In summary,&#xD;
both studies reveal the vitality of psychoanalytically oriented work (alive and adaptable),&#xD;
capable of responding to the demands of a constantly changing world. The flexibility of the&#xD;
psychoanalytic setting and its capacity to foster meaningful connections through remote&#xD;
operative group practices were central contributions.

    <summary type="text">Título: Clínica psicanalítica na era digital: produção de conteúdo e divulgação profissional em mídias sociais
Abstract: Social media have become increasingly integrated into people's daily lives, and their use intensified during the COVID-19 pandemic, a period in which the internet became an essential tool for everyday and professional activities. In the field of Psychology, there was a significant increase in both the demand for and the provision of online psychological services, as well as in the dissemination of psychology. Therefore, the general objective of this dissertation was to investigate and analyze the experiences of psychoanalytically oriented psychologists who use social media to promote their work and psychoanalysis through Instagram and podcasts. The dissertation consists of two studies. Study 1 investigated the experiences of psychologists who use Instagram to promote psychological services, whereas Study 2 analyzed the experiences of psychologists in producing podcasts as a strategy for disseminating psychoanalysis. Both studies are characterized as qualitative, cross-sectional research inspired by Turato's clinical-qualitative method. Each study included 12 psychologists as participants, and the data were generated through semi-structured remote interviews and analyzed using content analysis based on the clinical-qualitative approach. The results of Study 1 indicate that promoting professional work on Instagram is permeated by tensions between the desire to build a clinical practice and the demands of entering the labor market. Although Instagram promotes the strengthening of professional support networks, the maintenance of the psychoanalytic tripod, and the dissemination of psychological knowledge, it also imposes demands related to productivity, algorithmic dynamics, and exposure to violence, such as sexual and moral harassment, particularly against women. The results of Study 2 demonstrate that psychoanalysis podcasts emerged mainly during the COVID-19 pandemic and that their production is sustained by the podcasters' desire and contributions from their clinical experiences, constituting an important means of democratizing psychoanalysis. This dissertation contributes to broadening discussions on the presence of psychoanalytically oriented psychologists on social media, as well as to understanding the impact of these technologies on professional training, the development of clinical practice, the ethical promotion of psychological services, and the production of podcasts on psychoanalysis. The limitations include the absence of participants from all five regions of Brazil, the exclusion of podcasts affiliated with psychoanalytic associations, and the predominance of psychologists who graduated during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract: The group care proposal is anchored in the notion of group as an effective support network, which enables the strengthening of interpersonal bonds and the formation of a meaningful network of care and health promotion, in line with the SUS principles. The general objective of this Dissertation was to understand how the psychologists working in SUS and the users they serve in therapeutic groups perceive the use of this tool in this context. Two descriptive, cross-sectional and qualitative studies were carried out. Twenty users attended in primary and secondary equipment of the Psychosocial Care Network of a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais participated in the first one. Interviews were strategies used to access users' experiences. Thematic Analysis procedure was used to organize and carry out the analysis of the data obtained. The thematic axes that emerged were reflected aspects related to the participants' learning as members of a group, allowing to legitimize this practice as a health promoter, creating bonds between its members, self-care and care with their peers. On the other hand, group care was relativized at times to the detriment of individualized care and the issue of confidentiality was also punctuated. All of these aspects pointed out the relevance of listening to users served in groups to understand the scope of health care policies implemented in similar socioeconomic realities. The second study was an action research based on the clinical-qualitative approach and was developed based on the technicalmethodological-philosophical instrument of the Operating Groups. The objective was to understand how psychologists perceive the group work they offer in their work practices, based on experiences in operational learning groups. Ten psychologists participated in the study, working in an Outpatient Psychosocial Care Unit in a city in the interior of Minas Gerais. The analysis of the data took place from the emerging groups raised during the three Operative Group sessions carried out, which was based on procedures specific to this technique. The results showed that the operative group in question could be an agent of transformation, constituting itself as an auxiliary resource in the learning process of the participating professionals and the space where they belong. The group process proved to be a facilitator of the expression of the difficulties experienced in carrying out external and internal work to the Operative Group offered.

Abstract: This dissertation had as general objective to understand how the representations of the experience of being overweight in nutrition students happen. Awaiting the requirement of the program for the realization of two articles, this dissertation is composed of two parts. Study 1 is a systematic literature review, approved for publication by the “Jornal Brasileiro de Psiquiatria” (ISSN 1982- 0208), which aimed to understand the repercussions of the social stigma of overweight on the health of adults and adolescents. The bibliographic search took place in the databases PubMed, Psycinfo, SciELO, Medline, Lilacs and Pepsic, considering the period from 2000 to 2020. 67 articles were imposed, in which 4 categories emerged: repercussions on physical well-being; repercussions on social well-being; repercussions on mental well-being; and mixed category (physical and psychological impact). In the vast majority of studies, the stigma of weight has a negative impact on the different spheres that make up the construction of health: physical, social and mental. These consequences are a source of suffering, in such a range that the quality of life occurs, which goes through situations of stigmatization, both in physical, emotional and social. Study 2 was a qualitative empirical study that sought to understand the representations of the experience of being overweight in nutrition students. Participated in the research 10 undergraduate students in nutrition, all female, with average age and BMI of 24.9 years (SD = 4.6) and 33.6 (SD = 4.7) Kg.m2. The data were perceived through the Thematic Analysis by Braun and Clarke, identifying 32 units of record organized in 8 subthemes and 4 categories, which are: 1) Building the representations of living with excess weight; 2) Recognizing and representing the fat body; 3) The fat body within the nutrition course: appearance versus competence; 4) The other side of the coin: the nutrition course as a possibility for support. The excess weight experienced by nutrition students was represented in a negative way, anchored in discrimination, prejudice and suffering linked to the stigma of weight. Through the studies it was possible to measure the extent of physical, psychological, cognitive, emotional and social suffering of people who live daily with the stigma of weight, especially nutrition students.
