    <description>Título: Índice de Mobilidade Urbana Sustentável (IMUS) aplicado em cidades de pequeno porte: o caso de Iturama – MG
Abstract: Research objective: The general objective of this research is to analyze the urban mobility conditions of the city of Iturama - MG, using the Sustainable Urban Mobility Index (SUMI), adapted for application in small towns. Theoretical Framework: The study falls within the line of research aimed at analyzing public policies, with a focus on urban mobility, contributing to the planning and sustainable development of the city of Iturama. Methodology: In order to achieve the proposed objective, the SUMI tool adapted to the context of small cities was used, consisting of a hierarchical structure of 9 domains, 30 themes and 57 indicators. The domains represent the main axes of sustainable urban mobility, the themes are branches of each axis and, finally, the indicators are the evaluation tools used to measure the main aspects of each theme. Results: The application of the SUMI made it possible to measure 44 themes, 27 indicators and all 9 domains, resulting in a Global Index of Sustainable Urban Mobility (SUMIg) of 0.252 for Iturama. In addition to the SUMIg, the domains that had the greatest impact on the city's urban mobility were identified, both positively (Transport Infrastructure, Accessibility and Political Aspects) and negatively (Urban Transport System, Environmental Aspects and Social Aspects). The results indicate that, although the municipal administration has made major investments in the area, these efforts have mostly focused on improving travel by individual motorized transport, revealing that the city's scenario is still far from the ideal model of sustainable mobility. Originality/Relevance: Actions aimed at improving urban mobility in Iturama have been implemented without proper planning and are still based on an outdated model that prioritizes individual motorized transport. In this context, the research reinforces the importance of adopting more sustainable and integrated strategies for urban planning. Practical contributions: The study presents potential impacts in the societal area, by offering recommendations for directing public policies aimed at sustainable urban mobility, in order to contribute to improving the quality of life of the population of Iturama.

    <title>Ensino e aprendizagem de isomeria óptica com uso de polarímetro alternativo na perspectiva da experimentação investigativa</title>
    <link>http://bdtd.uftm.edu.br/handle/123456789/2072</link>
    <description>Título: Ensino e aprendizagem de isomeria óptica com uso de polarímetro alternativo na perspectiva da experimentação investigativa
Abstract: The teaching of optical isomerism presents significant challenges, particularly due to&#xD;
the conceptual complexity of chirality and optical rotation, compounded by the lack of&#xD;
accessible teaching resources that support practical activities. The absence of su ch&#xD;
resources in schools highlights the need for innovative approaches capable of making&#xD;
learning more effective and contextualized. In this context, this study investigated the&#xD;
role of investigative experimentation in teaching optical isomerism in a techni cal&#xD;
Chemistry course, through the construction and implementation of an alternative&#xD;
polarimeter made from low-cost materials. The objectives included evaluating the&#xD;
pedagogical potential of this approach, contextualizing the content through inquirybased&#xD;
learning, developing and applying a didactic sequence, and using the alternative&#xD;
polarimeter as a teaching tool. This applied, exploratory, and investigative research&#xD;
was conducted with 15 students from the second module of a technical Chemistry&#xD;
course at a public school in Ituverava, São Paulo. The methodology involved&#xD;
implementing a didactic sequence composed of theoretical and experimental activities&#xD;
carried out in both classroom and laboratory settings. Data collection and analysis&#xD;
combined qualitative and quantitative methods to assess learning progress. The&#xD;
construction and use of the alternative polarimeter enabled students to observe, in a&#xD;
practical manner, the effects of optical rotation in chiral substances, enhancing their&#xD;
understanding of optical isomerism and polarimetry. The analysis of questionnaires&#xD;
applied throughout the sequence indicated positive learning outcomes. Questionnaire&#xD;
3 showed an increase in correct responses compared to Questionnaire 2. In identifying&#xD;
the type of isomerism, the accuracy rate rose from 47% to 87%, and in differentiating&#xD;
spatial isomers using the polarimeter, the rate improved from 53% to 87%. Students&#xD;
were able to experimentally interpret the relationship between solution concentration&#xD;
and rotation angle, which followed a linear model with correlation coefficients (R²)&#xD;
ranging from 0.9929 to 0.9945. The average specific rotation obtained was +65 ± 4.3&#xD;
degrees, with a relative error of -1.5% compared to the theoretical value, confirming&#xD;
the reliability of the data. The graphs constructed by the students reinforced their&#xD;
understanding of the mathematical relationship between experimental variables and&#xD;
fundamental concepts of optical isomerism. Student reports indicated that&#xD;
experimentation with the alternative polarimeter fostered greater engagement between&#xD;
theoretical and practical activities. The interpretation of experimental data, observation&#xD;
of optical rotation, and graph construction were identified as essential elements of the&#xD;
learning process. The results demonstrated that investigative experimentation&#xD;
stimulated scientific reasoning, contributing to more active learning. The adopted&#xD;
strategy proved effective in integrating theory and practice, highlighting the potential of&#xD;
the alternative polarimeter as an accessible and functional didactic resource for&#xD;
teaching optical isomerism in school contexts with limited infrastructure.

    <title>A era da consensualidade na administração pública: a transação tributária como instrumento de governança voltado à redução da litigiosidade e à eficiência arrecadatória</title>

    <description>Título: A era da consensualidade na administração pública: a transação tributária como instrumento de governança voltado à redução da litigiosidade e à eficiência arrecadatória
Abstract: This research addresses tax settlement as a consensual form of resolving tax disputes, which still faces obstacles to its full implementation due to traditional principles that have always governed Public Administration (principle of unavailability of public assets, legality, impartiality, etc.), which were once seen as almost absolute dogmas.&#xD;
Resistance to consensus in Public Administration, marked by a bureaucratic and inflexible model, has been the subject of several discussions in the literature. However, the evolution of Public Administration towards a managerial model, focused on public governance and administrative efficiency, requires a more dialogical and participatory approach in state actions, aiming to ensure a space for dialogue and democratic legitimization of decisions that affect society, promoting consensus as a guide for the resolution of tax disputes.&#xD;
In this context, we will analyze tax settlements as an instrument of consensual action that has the potential to pacify conflicts, legitimize taxation and renew citizen consent, contributing to tax collection efficiency and reducing litigation, since the litigation crisis, which overburdens the Judiciary, reveals the ineffectiveness of the traditional model of tax administration (impositive and adversarial).&#xD;
In this scenario, the adoption of new practices to improve tax collection and resolve tax disputes is essential, with tax settlements emerging as an instrumental measure of consensus that provides a space for dialogue and interaction between the Tax Administration and the taxpayer.&#xD;
The investigation, therefore, focuses on tax settlements as a mechanism to reduce litigation and increase tax collection efficiency, within a new environment of consensus in Public Administration.

    <description>Título: Pensando o processo grupal: vivências de usuários e trabalhadores do SUS
Abstract: The group care proposal is anchored in the notion of group as an effective support network, which enables the strengthening of interpersonal bonds and the formation of a meaningful network of care and health promotion, in line with the SUS principles. The general objective of this Dissertation was to understand how the psychologists working in SUS and the users they serve in therapeutic groups perceive the use of this tool in this context. Two descriptive, cross-sectional and qualitative studies were carried out. Twenty users attended in primary and secondary equipment of the Psychosocial Care Network of a municipality in the state of Minas Gerais participated in the first one. Interviews were strategies used to access users' experiences. Thematic Analysis procedure was used to organize and carry out the analysis of the data obtained. The thematic axes that emerged were reflected aspects related to the participants' learning as members of a group, allowing to legitimize this practice as a health promoter, creating bonds between its members, self-care and care with their peers. On the other hand, group care was relativized at times to the detriment of individualized care and the issue of confidentiality was also punctuated. All of these aspects pointed out the relevance of listening to users served in groups to understand the scope of health care policies implemented in similar socioeconomic realities. The second study was an action research based on the clinical-qualitative approach and was developed based on the technicalmethodological-philosophical instrument of the Operating Groups. The objective was to understand how psychologists perceive the group work they offer in their work practices, based on experiences in operational learning groups. Ten psychologists participated in the study, working in an Outpatient Psychosocial Care Unit in a city in the interior of Minas Gerais. The analysis of the data took place from the emerging groups raised during the three Operative Group sessions carried out, which was based on procedures specific to this technique. The results showed that the operative group in question could be an agent of transformation, constituting itself as an auxiliary resource in the learning process of the participating professionals and the space where they belong. The group process proved to be a facilitator of the expression of the difficulties experienced in carrying out external and internal work to the Operative Group offered.
